Yes, once the date and cost of the event has been confirmed, you will receive a Musical Performance Contract that outlines the event costs and dates and times along with expectations from both parties. You will need to sign one contract and return with the agreed deposit amount. This gives you piece of mind that your event is in good hands.
It takes 1 hour to setup and 1 hour to put away at the end of the event. Please bear this in mind when booking your venue.
Yes, Matt is insured for up to £10,000,000.00. Insurance certificate is available on request.
Matt always dresses in smart casual as this is the most comfortable when DJ'ing, however if there is a particular style of dress code please just let him know before the event so that he can accommodate it.
Matt belongs to several organisations that should be able to provide a DJ to cover if this happens. Matt will do his upmost best to provide a replacement DJ and disco.
Yes, Matt has a current P.A.T. Certificate and test results listing for his equipment. These can be made available on request.
To book LimelightSoundz please call 07710 437313. If your event date is available, we will book it into our system. A Contract for Musical Entertainment which also lists Terms & Conditions will be sent out to you for signing. The contract also will display the amount required for the deposit. Signed copies must be posted back to the provided address. The deposit can be paid by bank transfer or cheque and in some instances can be arranged to be picked up if local. The contract is a legal binding document between both parties and will give peace of mind to you knowing that your event is in good hands.
